This class will be offered early on a Saturday or Sunday morning, at a few days notice, dependent on the weather forecast during the Spring / Summer / Autumn period. Weaving together grounding, movement, stillness, breath and relaxation, these classes are for everyone. They will be suitable for any level of yoga practice, including beginners.
Crafted from my knowledge of physiology, health and yoga, my aim is for you to gently find your own well-being, a rhythm in regular practice, and companionship with others in the class. Yoga outdoors is an absolute tonic!
