Rest and Relaxation
Today’s fast paced world leaves few of us with time for dedicated rest.
These sessions, intended for relaxation and restoration, will focus on gentle, restorative, slow and supported yoga movement.
Scheduled for pre-bedtime, the sessions will be when you can light a candle, have a cup of your favourite hot drink and simply nurture yourself. These sessions will be suitable for any level of yoga practice, including beginners.
