Yoga For Those Experiencing Loss
For those experiencing grief – whether recent or in the past – this course consisting of 6 classes is designed especially for you.
Weaving together my knowledge of bereavement, physiology, health and yoga, the aim is for you to find your own rhythm in attending the classes, be informed of what we know from research helps in bereavement, find an increasing sense of your own well-being, while living with your loss.
These classes bring together grounding, movement, stillness, breath and relaxation, and the shared understanding of those in the class. The classes will be suitable for any level of yoga practice, including beginners.
This course will also benefit those professionals that are working with people who are bereaved - it will guide you as to the benefits of yoga.
