Yoga For Those Experiencing Loss
For those experiencing grief – whether recent or in the past – these sessions are designed especially for you.
Weaving together my knowledge of bereavement, physiology, health and yoga, the aim is for you to find your own rhythm in attending the classes and an increasing sense of your own well-being, while living with your loss.
These classes bring together grounding, movement, stillness, breath and relaxation, and the shared understanding of those in the class. The classes will be suitable for any level of yoga practice, including beginners.
